Northeastern States Association

About

The Northeastern States Association is an informal association of state regulatory agencies. The northeastern states have similar administrative systems and face similar problems and issues. Historically, the following states have been involved with the NSA: Connecticut, Delaware, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island and Vermont.

Mission 

The objective of the NSA is to bring together representatives of the various members at least once a year to discuss the problems and experiences arising out of the administration of workers' compensation laws, particularly those affecting the northeast region of the US and to propose and evaluate solutions to those problems.

The 2010 Northeastern States Assocation Spring Seminar is scheduled for May 12-13 in Providence, Rhode Island.

Thank you to those who attended the 2009 Northeast States Association Spring Seminar, May 4-5, in Providence, Rhode Island! The NSA Spring Seminar agenda was packed with current issues and topics that impact workers' compensation administration in the northeast region of the U.S. Download the complete agenda here.
