EDI Claims Release 3 Training

The State of Florida, and at least five other states, currently mandates the use of the IAIABC EDI Release 3 Claims Standard for claims reporting. To assist in the implementation process the IAIABC looks forward to hosting a Claims Release 3 Training program in Destin, FL on July 20-22, 2009.

Attendees will improve their claims reporting accuracy and efficiency and enjoy the following benefits:

- Save hours learning the 800+ page Claims Release 3 Implementation Guide;
- Understand error codes to avoid or quickly fix rejected reports;
- Establish useful contacts with Florida regulators and EDI technical experts from across the nation;

The training program has been developed for claims administrators and adjusters from insurance carriers, third party administrators, and self-insured employers and will benefit any personnel who needs to understand how workers' compensation claims information is transmitted via Claims Release 3.

Trainers

IAIABC Claims Release 3 Training is the only program that gives you direct access to the developers of EDI Claims Release 3. Trainers will provide an in-depth review and explanation of this product helping you avoid regulatory hassles and eliminating claim reporting confusion.

The Claims Release 3 Training will also include specific time for representatives of the Florida Department of Financial Services/Division of Workers' Compensation to present highlights of their implementation process.

Advance registration for the EDI Claims Release 3 Training has ended. Please register at the Bayside Inn Hotel (Sandestin) Monday morning before the event, or call the IAIABC for questions.
