The DM&RW Committee represents all areas of the workers’ compensation community to work together in creating better outcomes for injured workers and more efficient and effective workers’ compensation systems.

The mission of the IAIABC Disability Management & Return to Work (DM&RW) Committee is to support the workers' compensation community in the collection and dissemination of information with the goal of educating and sharing of best practices in disability management and return to work. The scope will include injury prevention, effective treatment, and early/safe return to work.
