The Joint Committee Council is made up of the Chairs, Co-Chairs, and Vice Chairs of all IAIABC Councils, Boards, and Committees. The Joint Committee Council discusses issues of mutual interest and importance, encouraging cross-committee communication, discussion, and projects. The Joint Committee Council holds bi-monthly conference calls and meets in person at the IAIABC major face-to-face events, the Annual Convention and the All Committee Conference.

Members of the Joint Committee Council are elected or appointed into their positions by the President of the IAIABC or their representative membership.
