About the IAIABC & NAWCJ Workers' Compensation Mediators' College 2018

This program will provide advanced mediation training for those who are mediating in the field of workers’ compensation law.

Included among the curriculum topics are ethics, negotiation theory, dealing with impasse, and the intersection of mediation and technology. Attendees will appreciate comprehensive instruction on concepts, strategies, and techniques to more effectively resolve claim disputes.

The hands-on program will allow participants to practice the mediation process from beginning to end. It provides 18.5 hours of general mediation training, including 3 hours of ethics.
