Strategic Plan

In the Fall of 2022, the IAIABC Board of Directors and staff engaged in strategic planning to set goals for the Association through 2026. Listening sessions were conducted with IAIABC member groups, providing diverse input and ideas to inform the strategic plan. Through multiple sessions (both virtually and in-person) the Board and IAIABC staff participated in exercises that eventually led to the development of a strategic plan framework.

During the strategic planning process, participants created a vision statement for the IAIABC, updated the Association’s mission statement, and set several goals and objectives. These touched upon areas including membership, events, financials, and more.
