IAIABC Affiliate Events Policy

As a supporter of the IAIABC and IAIABC event attendee, you are encouraged not to attend or participate in outside events that take away from the education and networking opportunities provided during IAIABC conference programming hours.  

Please note that the IAIABC prohibits any organization from hosting private events during conference hours or in conflict with any scheduled IAIABC after-hours events. These times include:

Sunday, September 11 – 11:00 am – 5:00 pm

Monday, September 12 –7:30 am – 12:15 pm, 1:45pm – 6:30 pm

Tuesday, September 13 – 7:30 am – 11:30 am, 1:00 pm – 9:00 pm

Wednesday, September 14 – 7:30 am – 8:00 pm

Thursday, September 15 – 7:30 am – 11:45 am

Failure to comply with this policy diminishes the value and experience of the IAIABC Convention for all attendees.

Attendees are encouraged to contact events@iaiabc.org should they receive an invitation to a private event during these times.
