Change Starts With You

Want to be a Change Agent for Workers’ Compensation?

The IAIABC is calling for candidates for its Board of Directors, the governing body of IAIABC. The board determines the vision, mission, and strategic direction for the Association, so it has an important role in charting the future of the organization.

The International Association of Industrial Accident Boards and Commissions is a not-for-profit association representing government agencies charged with the administration of workers’ compensation systems as well as other workers’ compensation organizations in the private sector. Its mission is to find solutions to reduce harm and aid recovery from occupational injuries and illnesses. You can help it fulfill this mission.

Individuals interested in serving on the Board of Directors must be in an executive role in a member jurisdictional agency with policy and administrative responsibilities in workers’ compensation. The Nominating Committee may recommend up to two candidates for the 2022-2023 term.

Members of the Board of Directors serve one year terms. The slate of candidates is voted on by the jurisdictional membership of the IAIABC at the Business Meeting to be held on September 15, 2022.
