Cancellation Policy

PAYMENT INFORMATION: The IAIABC accepts credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover) or checks (payable to "IAIABC").

CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS: The IAIABC reserves the right to cancel this event and return all registration fees. No cash refunds are available. Cancellations received one week (7 days) before the event will incur a $100 US processing fee, the remaining balance will be issued as a credit toward a future IAIABC educational program in the next 12 months. Cancellations received less than a week (6 days or less) before the event will be forfeited. The IAIABC cancellation policy applies to all registrations regardless of payment status.

SUBSTITUTION: All registrations are fully transferable to another attendee upon notification to the IAIABC in writing up to the first day of the event. Badge sharing or splitting is not permitted for any events. There are no refunds for registrations; if a registrant needs to cancel, the full registration fee less a $100 US processing fee will be made available as a credit to use toward a future IAIABC educational program in the next 12 months.
