Cancellation Policy

PAYMENT INFORMATION: All fees must be paid two (2) weeks prior to the date of the event. After March 21, all outstanding balances will incur a $50 late fee. The IAIABC accepts credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover) or checks (payable to "IAIABC"). 

CODE OF CONDUCT: By registering for The IAIABC Forum 2022 you are agreeing to abide by the IAIABC Code of Conduct.

CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS: The IAIABC reserves the right to cancel this program and return all registration fees. All registrations are fully transferable to another person, provided we are notified in writing up to the first day of the program. If a registrant needs to cancel, the full registration fee will be made available as a credit to use toward a future IAIABC educational program in the next 12 months. Cancellation of registrations after March 21 will receive a credit of their registration fee, less a $100 late cancellation fee. 

SUBSTITUTION POLICY: Substitution of registrations is permitted prior to the program. The individual submitting the substitution request is responsible for all financial obligations (any balance due) associated with that substitution as well as updating any contact information. Badge sharing or splitting is not permitted in person or virtually.
