Event Cancellation Policy

PAYMENT INFORMATION: All fees must be paid two (2) weeks prior to the date of the event. After that date,  all outstanding balances will incur a late fee. The IAIABC accepts credit cards, electronic payments through QuickBooks, or checks (payable to "IAIABC").

CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS: The IAIABC reserves the right to cancel this program and return all registration fees. All registrations are fully transferable to another person, provided we are notified in writing up to the first day of the program. For more information regarding your cancellation, please see your confirmation email.


SUBSTITUTION POLICY: Substitution of registrations is permitted prior to the program. The individual submitting the substitution request is responsible for all financial obligations (any balance due) associated with that substitution as well as updating any contact information. Badge sharing or splitting is not permitted in person or virtually.
