IAIABC committees support the mission of the Association to find solutions to reduce harm and aid recovery from occupational injuries and illnesses. Committees collect information and develop resources for the IAIABC membership and workers' compensation industry, sharing best practices, new ideas, data, and strategies to further the understanding of important workers' compensation issues.
IAIABC committees are made up of official committee members. Through active participation in committee meetings and resource development throughout the year, committee members stay connected to their peers and abreast of trends and new challenges impacting the industry.

While committees meet all year, often their most productive and well-attended meetings take place during the IAIABC Convention in the fall and The Forum in the spring (a "Committee Week" was held in 2020 in lieu of The Forum).
