Brian Holmes

Brian has been helping resolve workers' compensation benefit disputes since 2004. In his current position, he leads 23 mediators and 5 ombudsmen as they help educate Tennesseans about workers' compensation and resolve disputes. Brian is also passionate about his role to help get injured workers get back to work through his leadership of the TN BWC's Next Step Program, involvement with the BWC REWARD Program, and leadership of the REWARD Programs' Return-to-Work Coordinator Training Program. His newest engagement is improving the claim experience for injured workers with limited english proficiency.
