About
Since 1986, Oregon’s Department of Consumer and Business Services has analyzed workers’ compensation premium rates across all U.S. states using methods that account for differences in policy and industry composition. This approach allows for meaningful comparisons of premium rates across jurisdictions over time.
This presentation, which is free for IAIABC members, will review the methods and findings of the 2026 Premium Rate Ranking report, which analyzes premium rates effective through January 1, 2026, and provides context to help better understand the study’s results. Join the IAIABC and Oregon's Department of Consumer and Business Services on December 8, 2026, for a great discussion.
