Professional Bio
Tara Addison holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminology from the University of Manitoba. At the conclusion of her studies, Tara returned to her hometown of Regina and began her career with the Saskatchewan Workers’ Compensation Board (WCB). She quickly realized her passion to help others, and has been with the WCB for over 15 years. Tara has led a number of teams across the organization, including Administrative Support, Case Management, Psychological Injuries, and Appeals. She played a key role as business lead in the development of future state claims processes, including development of a decision model for adjudicating claims. Currently she is working as the Director of Board Services, which is the final level of the appeal process.
When not working, you can find Tara playing pickleball, watching a ball game, or reading a good book. Tara resides in Saskatchewan with her husband, Curtis, and fur-baby, Daisy.
