Zoom Meeting

Event Details

"Dive-In Discussions" invite IAIABC Members to participate in discussions on various topics impacting the workers' compensation industry. Each discussion will be preceded by a short presentation from an IAIABC community member.

What happens when a small state agency decides to build its own technology from scratch? For the Oklahoma Workers’ Compensation Commission, it meant transforming paper-heavy, manual processes into a fully digital, connected platform, CaseOK.

In this IAIABC Dive-In Discussion, Commission Legal Operations Director Ian Steedman and Executive Director and General Counsel Lauren Hammonds Johnson share how Oklahoma reimagined its operations through custom software development, phased contracting, and cross-agency collaboration. They will also discuss the practical lessons learned and how these insights helped build a system that better serves staff and stakeholders alike.

Dive-In Discussions are free and open to all IAIABC Members. Join your peers to gain new insights, engage in conversation, and build your network. Come dive-in with us, the water's fine!

You must be signed in to your IAIABC account to sign-up.
