IAIABC & NAWCJ Judicial Program
Event Details
The International Association of Industrial Accident Boards and Commissions (IAIABC) is proudly co-hosting an online judicial program with the National Association of Workers’ Compensation Judiciary (NAWCJ) on the mornings of Wednesday, September 23, and Thursday, September 24, 2020, during the IAIABC 106th Convention’s conflict resolution week.
The IAIABC & NAWCJ Judicial Program will feature a multi-jurisdictional panel discussion on virtual hearings moderated by Judge Bruce Moore of Kansas, the current president of NAWCJ. Following the pre-recorded panel will be time for discussion and Q&A.
The agenda for day two includes a College of Workers’ Compensation Lawyers panel on the hot national topic of presumptions.
The standalone Judicial Program registration fee is $125.00. The Judicial Program is included in the programming for full-Convention registrants.
