The International Association of Industrial Accident Boards and Commissions (IAIABC) is proudly hosting a virtual judicial program with the National Association of Workers’ Compensation Judiciary (NAWCJ) and College of Workers' Compensation Lawyers (CWCL) on Tuesday, September 21 and Wednesday, September 22, 2021.
Register to hear presentations on the use of interpreters, judicial decorum, and bias in decision making and engage in discussion with other attendees and instructors on these topics.
Participants will also be invited to join the IAIABC’s Dispute Resolutions Committee meeting on Wednesday, September 21st to continue the discussion and hear a spotlight presentation on the dispute resolution system in Washington State.
