Amaya Diaz Promoted to Education Services Manager

Amaya Diaz has been promoted to Education Services Manager for the IAIABC as of December 1, 2025. Amaya has served in the Community Services Assistant role since 2020. 

Amaya brings years of experience in education to the Education Services Manager position, teaching in Spain for two years. She has been a fixture at many IAIABC educational programs as well, supporting the Foundations of Workers' Compensation Program, Judicial Program, Mediator's College, and EDI Claims Foundations Training. Amaya has valuable experience working with IAIABC committees, volunteer subject matter experts and speakers, and at IAIABC events.

Says IAIABC Executive Director Heather Lore, "Amaya's knowledge of the workers' compensation industry, IAIABC membership, our current educational programs, and strategic priorities will serve her and the membership well in this position. Her innovative ideas, leadership skills, and existing relationships with IAIABC members make her a valuable asset to the IAIABC team and I look forward to seeing how she will continue to enhance and grow IAIABC educational programs for our community."
